Run It Once Poker, Hold'em No Limit - €0.02/€0.04 - 3 players
Hand delivered by CardsChat

BU: €4.00 (100 bb)
SB (Hero): €4.00 (100 bb)
BB: €9.16 (229 bb)

Pre-Flop: (€0.06) Hero is SB with Q Q
BTN raises to €0.09, Hero 3-bets to €0.34, BB 4-bets to €0.68, BTN 5-bets to €1.44, SB (Hero) folds, 1 fold

No read on both players. I would be more inclined to call off if BTN 5bet all in though not sure if this is profitable. I think QQ is still ahead of BB cold-4bet range here against BTN open and SB 3bet

With this 5bet size, I feel like BTN is always AA/KK so I chose to fold preflop.

Your thoughts?

I feel with this action you are up against AA or KK a high percentage of the time probably AK at best although I feel AK would bet larger where the 5 bet size is looking for value with AA or KK . It's a fold for me

3-handed ranges are wide, and the risk, one of your opponents has KK or AA, is only around 2%. So from that perspective its probably fine to just always get QQ all-in preflop for 100BB or less. There is also a bit of free money in the pot, if BB fold, and if he call, you will almost always be in better shape than heads up. I do agree though, that this 5-bet from BTN to around 35% of his stack just look super strong, so perhaps its ok to pass here. Cant be a big mistake either way :)

Tough fold, but given pf action, I think it could have saved you a stack.
