I think raise to like 4.50 (maybe even more if you think hes calling), since hes fishy he looks you up with q's and obviously 2p+ at least.

Its a def raise here to about 5.

Can't see you getting anymore and as played I'd say that was a good out come if called.

I'd be prone to raise him pre though if he's the type to fit or fold flop.

He's a calling station. If he 3 bets us do we jam or just call?

I mean if he 3bets its going to be almost all in there anyway since he is short (he has to 3bet to at least 10ish). So jam for sure.

If he 3 bets us then you have to call you have like the second nuts and I've seen better players overvalue top 2 in this situation.

i would delay~then push. odds of him having 7 10 are low and if a split, so what. he should think i'm pushing with a flop pair to scare him out. If he hit the Q or 2pr, he'll call / if he has anything and thinks i'm bluffing he'll call / if he has nothing and is scared, he would not have called 4.5 or 5 anyway.

Depends what he 3 bets but if it's a decent amount like you'd expect then from a fish I call

Shoving river over his 3bet would mean basically getting a chop like %90 of the time then getting owned the other part when he has 7T/JT.

Raise/call 3bet if he's aggro (sometimes he'll be bluffing/vbetting worse), and raise/fold if he's not.

stated villian is a fish. Hero is dominated by 7T/JT, and would split with 7*, but... a fish would call an all-in with Q5/Q6/Q8/Q9/56/58/59/Q*/9*/8*/6*/5* and even A* if he thinks i'm bluffing

I think YES, should raise and try to get it all in here.

Problem is a fish doesn't 3bet 2 pair in the first place, nevermind one pair, or at least nowhere near often enough to make shoving for value even close.
