Hero checks, UTG bets £2.20, fold, Hero ???

Should I be raising this pre oop even?

Vilain is passive thus his bet is highly indicative of a strong holding. I don't really like shipping, not really a favorite over much of his range. I hate ch/c given his stack size, and ch/f seems super weak. Would it have been better to cbet the flop?

thanks.

Seeing as he only has like 5$ left, I think we can shove. I know he has been passive but he is a 48/2/33 so he obviously has no idea what he is doing. We will always have good equity against his whole range.

Against KKxx we have 40% so no brainer shove.
