By default, at these stakes players heavily underbluff, so you can just fold everything, but nuts. However, you said that villain is a winning agroreg. In that case, you can't blindly fold. I think you should go by minimum defense frequency, to make sure you don't overfold. I don't know your exact range here, but I suspect that AJ would be near top of your range, which makes it a mandatory call.

AJs is an OK, but not great open UTG, and hero is fortunate to have position,

Villain 3-bet out of position looks very strong, Big pairs Big aces suited and unsuited. I don't put much into Villain checking the 3 flush flop. In her position I wouldn't bet a flopped flush or try and bluf so there is little information given my either check.

It's almost the same story with the 1/3 bet on the flop. Is she walking the dog with a 1/3 pot bet or bluffing. Could easily have semi bluff with a big spade.

The shove on the river looks both strong and bluffy, but it doesn't need to be that strong to win. hero is losing to AK and AQ and Villain is unlikely to have AT, beating only the big pairs. Villain is also unlikely to have an 8 or 33.

It is a tough position, but honestly I would have folded the river.

Nice call.

What to do on the river very much depends on our opponent. Usually, these micro-stakes river moves are talking about the nuts. Because at small limits people bluff very little on the river. Therefore, I would fold more often here, except against an aggressive regular, in which case you can consider calling.

Its an easy call IMO. Villain’s range can be polarized. Even someone with AK/AA/AQ might check the river on a scary flop.
