I would cbet this this 100% of the time vs 1 player to about .30-35.
Edit it would be nice to see his fold to flop Cbet%

Why?

Not saying you are wrong but what is your reason for betting this flop?

Being OOP I just cbet unless villain is just super passive/unlikely to bluff if I check. I'm not necessarily giving up on the turn though if he calls because you really shouldn't expect to see a lot of Kings in his range (AK probably 4bets/shoves pre and we have 2 Queens so KQ is discounted). So I probably cbet flop, ch/call any non Ace turn (call small bet if it's the Ad turn). Ch/fold the river unimproved.

Ya I Cbet flop too as well for the main reason of getting value from JJ, TT, 99 etc. As WV said there aren't that many Kings in his range although I think lots of people flat AK in this spot preflop so there are Kings. On the turn if you think he floats with like AQ, AJ then I guess it's check/call but he's not betting JJ, TT, 99 and is betting his Kings and floats so I don't think check/fold is that bad on the turn depending on how often you think he's floating.

Hero bets $0.38, MP+1 calls $0.38

Turn: ($1.23) :kd4: :7d4: :5c4: :2c4:

So the consensus now would be to ch/c since the turn is a blank right?

Well first do we know ANYTHING about our opponent? Stats? Reads? Where he's from? (yes seriously!)

The only way it is check/call is if villain has AQ,AJ type floating hands in his range which without reads/stats is hard to know. He's not betting his mid pairs (99,TT,JJ) so if he bets the turn its most likely AK or some floats. It comes down to whether you think he has enough floats in his range. Also check/calling your putting yourself in a bad reverse implied odds spot which is never fun.

Then don't play 16 tables. Also contact HEM or PT3 and see if they can work out an alternate payment method.
