So I have top two pair, but there's a flush there, since he raised UTG-1 I put him on A-K, A-Q... what you guys think?

first i think i would have checked back the turn take your free card and pray to fill up. as you played it i say you have to fold he definitely has a flush.

Fold preflop, raise flop larger ($0.39 is pot sized), bet/call the turn given his dinky raise size and see what he does on the river.
