Not really loving this. I think, that with your sizing you are mainly getting called down by better flushes. Which are not that difficult to have, since he only need the A, Q or J of hearts in his hand. If you are going to bet here at all, I think, it need to be with smaller sizing like 1/3 pot. This is the case already on the flop, because when you go this large, he is not really supposed to call you with a range, you are doing to well against with a bad pair and a bad draw.

i'm only a begginer, but my opinion is:
Its very hard decision on the river, because you are OP and in the villain range has the Ah, Jh or Qh. I would play like you on flop and turn. but on the river after villain call 2 streets in a monotone board, I think that villain only call a bet of 60% pot with hands that beat you. Then I would make a bet 30-40%, or chk/call in a small bet.

there is many better hands on turn. looks like sets or flash. so check/fold. check or small bet will induce raise. only better hands will call.

Turn if turn wouldn't be over card you could bet so big on river no it looks scary to his TX ,JJ, J9, 89combos. You can bet bigger on flop because he had a lot drawing hands here.
