At this moment I only have 50BB, my opponent is deep stack.

Pre Flop:(pot: 1.5 BB)Hero has A♦J♦

Mp(hero) raises to 2.5 BB, BTU calls 2.5 BB, fold, fold, BB calls 1.5BB

Flop:(8 BB, 3 players) T♦ 9♣ 3♦
Hero bets 6 BB, BTU calls 6BB, BB folds.

Turn:(20 BB, 2 players) 7♠
Hero bets 14BB, BTU calls 14BB

River:(48 BB, 2 players) 5♠
Hero checks, BTU bets 31BB, hero fold

Ok I know the fact that I play only short stack makes things a little complexed, but assume I also play deep stack, what will you do?
Do you guys think I overvalue my draw？

Playing with the full 100 BB stack allows you to size bets effectively so that you can, on occasion, fire 3 barrels on a bluff and still have a big enough bet on the river to put your opponent in a nasty spot.

At 2 NLHE we should try to avoid bluffing too much, easy. Players are going to pay much more than they should pay and we are going end up losing quite a few chunk of value. That being said, I think your bluff was fine, you put up a good sizing OTT that could be both value/bluff and as long as the river wasn't the best, the opponent wasn't the best, our equity wasn't the best, we were out of position, I see no problem folding.
Yes, because we have nothing but ace high, I don't know how can we bluff here and I don't know how often our call needs to be profitable with ace high in order to be making it, but I kick very fast that it doesn't compensate.
