Why is everybody at the table playing below 100BB? I would need to know that before saying anything worthwhile.

1)
Only 1/2 pot sized bet left and you did only bet 1/3 pot size on flop and turn. Not many hands will fold now for 1/2 pot bet now.
2)
Would 3 bet bigger preflop to about 0.20 as you are OOP. The BB calls with one player to act behind him most of the time that indicates strength and the flop does not have real high cards so would cBet either bigger then 1/3 pot here or check as 1/3 pot sized bet isn't gonna fold out many hands here.

You're playing $2 NL. Worry far less about situations like this, and learn to play for value vs these opponents.

Even though the stacks are shallow I can see 3 betting bigger out of position. As played, I am not 100% positive a third barrel would work.

IT MAY work because you have the nut flush blocker, but if he/she has a Jack. They might be sticky and wont give up their hand unless you put full pressure and go allin and they have some form of a fold button.

Could just give up on the turn out of position and check fold.

Amen! It is really hard to get anyone at micro stakes to fold even a middle pair after they have called their way to the river. On top of this, I don't think the J is a scare card. If anything, I would think my middle pair was good.
