Questions
1. What is villain's range in your view?
2. How would you play this hand instead? Do you think I should raise 3x on the flop and jam the turn?

Villain is on the loose end, >35% VPIP from limited samples

What are we min-raising flop for? Flat call this is the best line i think. With no stats on villain othr than high vpip i think we have to call river, he could have donked 77, 55, some random 2pair, but I think we beat enough TPwk, missed draws to call.

Idk about this player pool but a line i sometimes saw at low stakes was "donk flop with a strong combo draw/ NFD, check turn when you miss, then fire a river bet as a wierd, nonsensical bluff.

1. Both flop and turn bet are so small and wont push out any draws and also pairs are not driven out by the flop bet so villain can have loads of draws or even worse Ax but also better then yours => ATs, A7s, A5s, A2s. He still can have pairs as your bets are small even 44 and 33 are possible given the bet sizes and the fact that they are gut-shots on the turn.

2. As played would call on the river.
Would either raise bigger on the flop like to 0.40 at least or just call. This will give draws worse (flushes and weaker A's then yours) odds to stick around and will get rid of most if not all of his pairs. On the turn would 1) make it at least a 1/2 pot sized bet to even get more money out of draws or would 2) check the turn and bet or call almost any bet on the river or make a bet myself.

call river, this is a good solution, because the enemy can put up with a missed flush or straight draw, call, not expensive, and you have a good enough kicker. I would advise you to bet more in flop and turn to extract more value. Be sure to write a note if the opponent is so slow playing a set or two pairs
