I would also fold here. You are getting a bad price to continue, you have one of the worst suited aces, and he is 3-betting you from BB, which tend to be a stronger range than a SB 3-bet.

3-bets from the bb are supposed to be slightly stronger than usual due to the incentive to call from the big blind (low price and closing the action).

In this situation, A7s is a standard fold. I think you're supposed to continue with something like ATs+, KJs+, 88+, AQo+ (+ maybe some wheel aces at some frequency to balance your value 4-bets). Either way A7s just doesn't perform well enough against villains range. Some implied odds for hitting the nut flush (draw) but huge reversed implied odds if you can't get away from TPWK.

Good fold. A7s is not as strong as other hands vs a 3bet. A smaller 3bet under .18 and you probably get a good price.

Good fold. I think a case could be made for 4-betting sometimes if you think BB is targeting you or 3b light but worrying about balancing ranges is probably not a money making endeavor at 2NL.
