What should Hero do and why?

Hero should have bet less OTF, for example: which hands we do 3-bet BTN x UTG that comes with that huge sizing? A2? A8? A9? Our value hands can get many folds here, plus the fact that UTG can have almost all of the pocket pairs on its range as well.
The Turn doesn't change the picture very much, UTG won't have a lot of straights here, and okay to be c-betting since you choose to do it already OTF.
OTR we should be folding something like 99% of times, unless you are pretty confident of whom UTG player is.
