What kind of answer are you expecting here?
Obviously A high beats Q high. With that being said there are times even a 3 of clubs being good here.

Stop being result oriented & stop posting final results when posting in hand analysis.

Some thoughts on the hand.

Start assigning ranges to players considering their position. And when you bet & V calls or he bets or when they take any action at all, try to polarise that range to get an idea of what they have.

Stop donking.

What am I supposed to be posting in hand analysis besides final results?

What am I supposed to be posting in hand analysis besides final results?

final results mean don't enter who won the pot & which hole cards the villain held when posting your hand.At least not in the first post.
When people read it, their analysis will depend on the result of the hand.
When you don't reveal the result, people will analyse the situation on how you played and give the best possible answer as they see fit for the certain scenario.
:)
Sorry if I was a bit aggressive on the post above.

Read point no.5 in the link

depending on how loose utg had been playing up until this hand i might consider a 3bet preflop. but as played i would bet bigger on the flop to protect your one pair from flush draws then check call turn and river. you played this hand decently, just got coolered.

this further reinforces Alucard's point above , If you want the best advice , you should give us the most information you had at the time . I.e hud stats , what you'd seen him showdown with in similar situations , any general reads you had picked up on him. etc

reads can be the difference between calling and folding in some situations.

I would have shoved at the turn card LOL!

Actually... That may have won you the hand to be frank.

you played it fine, until the river (turn could be a bluff, the river is a value bet IMO)

only better hands call your shove on turn, what if he actually had 2 spades?
