UTG: $3.71 (186 bb)
MP: $1.57 (79 bb)
CO: $7.32 (366 bb)
BU: $17.89 (895 bb)
SB (Hero): $4.69 (235 bb)
BB: $5.20 (260 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is SB with 5 6
UTG raises to $0.04, MP calls $0.04, CO calls $0.04, BTN calls $0.04, SB (Hero) folds, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.19) 6 7 3 (4 players)
UTG checks, MP checks, CO bets $7.28 (all-in), 3 players fold

Assuming everyone at this table had 100bb, is this a standard call from the SB with a small suited connector? What if the raise size was 3bb instead of 2?

Against a min-raise you are getting 25% discount from SB, and with so many people in the pot BB is not particularly likely to squeeze, unless he has a real hand. On the other side small suited connectors tend to perform poorly, when you are out of position against multible opponents. Your cant effectively bluff, its difficult to get paid, and even when you make a strong hand, you sometimes end up losing a massive pot to someone with an even stronger hand, like when you get overflushed. So overall I think, folding here is a little bit tight, but it saves you from a lot of potential headaches.

Do not go without a position with such hands. Don't complicate your post-flop game. But for the protection of bb, this would be good.

It's a fold at nl2.

At these stakes you don't need to take risks: just play good solid poker.

You will get enough postflop spots where you are all-in with 75% equity.

On a side note you just have to love a game, where someone open ship a 366BB stack on the flop into a 9,5BB pot. 2NL is in many ways a crazy circus :)
