$2 NLHE 6-max: bluff catching with a blocker?

I'm confused, the fact that I have the A♥ makes my hand good or bad for calling his river bet? Also I don't know if I should bet the turn, I thought it would be better to check because almost every worse folds and better hands (flushes) raises me, and since I have the nut flush draw I would've had to call. Again my main doubt is if I should call the river or not because it's a 2/3 bet and I don't think is a bluff that often

Rather than worry about bluff catching with blockers, learn to play a simple game and get value. You're playing $2 NL and there are plenty of people who will pay off your good hands.
