Common spot to steal the BB and not too bad hand so I raise to standard 4bb and get called by villain. He's an unknown and I don't know how he'll play but, seeing a call from him IP I think his range would have been something like : 22-99, A2-AT, KT-KQ, QT-QJ, JT and maybe suited connectors as low as 54s. (Tell me I'm making a mistake here)

Normal Cbet with the Q on the flop and then get called, maybe a flush draw or KQ, QT, QJ or a gutshot straight draw and even a TT or JJ which doesn't want to let go. I don't think he has 33 or 88 since he would have reraised.

Turn comes an A, I got top pair and decide to bet again (would have check/folded otherwise) and he just comes back at me with a minraise... Ok, I'm lost, I think he might have a monster draw or maybe a set he has been slowplaying, hell, maybe even a low kicked ace he just called flop with...

What would you do here ? I don't think I can reraise because I'd have to shove and I'm not confortable with this move but should I flat and see the river or just fold right now... which is rather weak I think.

Thanks,

There is an article out there somewhere that I cant find right now. It uses a huge database and says statistically min raises are 2 pair+ more often then not.

This is a fold, esp because we are OOP.

I am thinking he has us reverse dominated with making his 2 pair on the turn. Maybe called a raise with A8 or something like that. I think I will call on the turn just in case he is on a draw or overvaluing a top pair weaker kicker. We will either induce a bluff, he will value bet or get to showdown for free (so just check the river).

Depending on how loose his stats are, if he was really loose... I would really go after him on the river if I made 2 pair. If he is really tight, I probably would have just folded the turn already.

I don't think he has many bluffs besides JTdd.
