Preflop definately never folding.

On the river do you think he is bluffing? You dont beat anything he bets for value here unless you think he is just spazzing. He can show up here with AA,KK, QQ, JJ, AJ, KJ, Qh10h, j9, all hands he would probably take this line with. The hands you beat are maybe AhKx that decides he can get you to fold a pair with a bluff at the end? Maybe J10, but I dont think he bets that at the end with hearts coming in, because it looks like you can have hearts from his perspective.

Against some players, when you think they are heavily weighted towards value 3-bets preflop, I would still call, but fold the flop when he takes this sizing due to not having backdoors against what I perceive to be an overpair.
