$2 NLHE 6-max: $0.01/$0.02 NLHE 6Max: All-In against flopped top 2 pair, would you have folded?

Hi, so I was playing 0.01/0.02 NLH 6MAX for around 5 hours when a new player joined us, on his 12th hand this happened:

pokerstars, Hold'em No Limit - $0.01/$0.02 - 6 players
Replay this hand on Upswing Poker

UTG: $2.00 (100 bb)
MP (Hero): $5.50 (275 bb)
CO: $2.54 (127 bb)
BU: $2.67 (134 bb)
SB: $2.66 (133 bb)
BB: $1.85 (93 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is MP with K J
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.04, 3 players fold, BB calls $0.02

Flop: ($0.09) 9 J K (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.05, BB raises to $0.24, Hero calls $0.19

Turn: ($0.57) 5 (2 players)
BB bets $1.57 (all-in), Hero calls $1.57

I'm not going anywhere with top 2Pair but I think that calling an All-in on the turn against this fairly unknown player was questionable. How do you think I played it and would you do anything differently?

This is my first post so please don't beat me up if I did something wrong :)

Other than the miniraise preflop, I think you played it fine.

I don't like the min raise pf, but other than that, I think you have to call.

As others have already noted $0.04 is to small and open in a $0.01/$0.02. Should be at least $0.07, IMHO

On the flop you lead and so a CBet is when you hit your hand is near mandatory. $0.05 is a penny over 1/2 pot, but OK. The reraise for $0.24 is pot size and aggressive. What hands does Villain call a min raise with OOP preflop and then check raise a KJ9 3-suite board with. QTs comes to mind, and 99, but I think Villain bets JJ and KK, pre-flop. Besides you block them K J so there aren't many combos left. Calling is OK, 2 pair is too strong to fold,

The 3 times pot all in is a head scratcher. My guess is a pair with a straight or flush draw. I don't thin 55 raises the flop. AK, AJ and A9 might, particularly of diamonds. In any case there are many more hands Hero beat than loses to. So, particularly in a low stakes game I'd have to call.

min raise in preflop was not good.
i think the villian semi bluffed with 1 pair and a flush draw.

but after your flop call, he must know your hand was strong. if he does not have a set, it was a donk bet. You have 2 blockers, mostly he does not have a set.

Once again, I am convinced that many players pay attention only to their cards and do not notice anything around. In your description is not the most important thing, namely, what hand was the hand of the villain. It makes no sense to discuss the logic of his actions. Your mini-raise allows the villain to enter the game with a wide range of hands. His check-raise involves a straight or a set and the fact that he decided to get some more chips. Your call did not clarify the situation at all. After the turn, you with two overpairs are able to beat only a bluff with two small pairs. All this has not washed away because it is not clear what really happened.
