I could only assume he has A-K Hearts and just went all so he could suck out with a flush...

Er, I think you might have misread the hand, QQ with Q high flop is the nuts, we're only really scared of flush draw and one of those outs is dead (and one more will be on the turn). How can you possibly fold the nuts here?
