I thought I was up against a set. Am I behind a set and how much by. Just looking for some general feedback in a draw like this.

I was reading a strategy article that said you should limp EP with monsters sometimes to disguise your hand. So I was trying that.

You didn't over-value this draw, you just misplayed it.

Raise preflop. If you raise pre, you can pot/pot/pot all the money in. If you limp, it just puts you in a horrible spot where you can't get all in unless you get a raise in somewhere in the hand. In a pot-limit game where you can't over-shove, you REALLY need to raise strong hands like this pre.

The flop is meh. I like calling, but if you thought you had fold equity here, I wouldn't blame you too much.

When you shove on the turn, you have zero fold equity. You know your opponent isn't folding, and you know you're likely not ahead. So why put the money in? Save the last $2.20, since that's money you can save when a big fat banana hits on the river and you're left with a pair of tens.
