What were your table \BB stats?I've only seen this line a few times.Mostly when there is a guy to the left raising nearly every hand.Villain flats with AA then 4bets(this is mostly in live games,and the 4bet is much much bigger).

Probs a fold. I dont see this quy doing this with even AK unless you've been squeezing/3 betting a lot. If that is the case he might have JJ+/AK but this guy is weak tight, hes not showing up with junk or weaker marginal hands like 77-99/AJ.

At first I thought shove aniec. Vs most players this is always a mid PP. But this guy is a nitfish and has min 4 bet. Granted its only 50 hands but I dont think this is the type of player that wants to put a lot of bbs in without a very strong hand. The only way I could believe it is if AIC has been playing really agro preflop and this guy is adjusting incorrectly.

One question though. If you guys look in your DB and these guys that do this with the mid PPs are they ever min 4 betting?

It's not like he's never 3bet and since it's only 50 hands it's so meaningless you shouldn't even look at it.

I agree, the sizing is a bit scarier than if he had shoved but it's not an indication of only KK+ or anything. Unless OP or the BB had been 3betting constantly prior to this hand there is nothing here that doesn't make me want to get my $$s in. Also wouldn't be shocked to see him 4bet/fold to a shove.

He had AA but tbh I have had this scenario a few times and they have shown garbage a lot so I didn't fold.

Against a 13/2 this is a fold imo. Will be AA or KK most of the time. At best you are flipping against AK but I doubt he ever does this with AK./
