You dont need to bet so big on the flop though to get stacks in on the river, 1/2 pot should do the trick. Esp. on a board a dry as this.

Id of played it the same, sucks that i always think QQ is the most popular hand for TAG regs to call oop in 3bet pots but we have KK its all going in isn't it. im sure AQ is in most peoples ranges here so nh.
