$10 NLHE Full Ring: Okay to cbet ace high paired board?

Because the board is so dry I figured this missed most ranges and unless he has a PP I probably have the best hand a lot of the time.I guess the problem is that you don't want to be putting a lot in with ace high. On the other hand he folded to 2 out of 3 cbets but only 23% overall folding. Do I have enough fold equity / ace high being good to carry on the flop?

I Would definately throw out a continuation bet and see where you are sitting at least?
