Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 5/5/1

The other villain - smaller stack - Vpip, 13 / pfr, 6.

Not the best turn but given the action I wasn't concerned about qj. How do I maximize value and did I play this hand okay?

Me too, this is the perfect flop for a c/r. They're both tight so they have almost exclusively good aces and pocket pairs. They might fold some of the pairs, though JJ+? Not common for nits to ever lay these down before the turn.
Against looser opponents it might make sense to play your set a bit slower and give them a chance to overplay their A-rag.

I think check raise on the flop would be the best play cause the chances of some of the players had Ax are big and they probably would called.
