I don't use HUDs so no detailed stats on the villain, also haven't played too many hands against him to know for sure what type of player he is...
What would you do in this spot, I was considering re-raise or fold but folded in the end...

It's a good flop I suppose. No chance to win big pot anyway so why to risks re raise a make pot big with nothing. better fold on time rather than going into hand with nothing and make
Pot siZe bigger. It's a good fold

I'd say there are too many draws to make a raise successful, unless they are leading with pure air.

Plus hands like J10s KJs AQ QJ AJ are all in there flatting range here, so no matter what card hits the turn you could still be behind.

Best case scenario is they are leading with an under pair and your flipping.

This happened right after I folded AK, would you change anything considering the way villain played the hand before? Something like a call on the flop in order to trap him on the turn/river ?

Too many draws to start trapping on the turn. Id be tempted just to shove when I got raised on that flop. Heart draw could call, 10's - QQ could call, 78s 75s T8s are all draws as well.
