i think i would re raise him on the flop build up the pot and get it in on the turn when there is no club. yea he could have flopped a set or a straight but i think the straight with 4 6 is highly unlikely even from what appears to be a maniac through 13 hands. now on the turn you bet less than half the pot again i think you have to bet heavier i would definitely think the flush draw is the most likely scenario for him to have. And when that third club hits on the river i think its time shut it down your definitely beat now.

And on a side note if you think he is willing to go all in on that flop do it. i don't know how much info you picked up on in the 13 hands you have but this guy is clearly out of control and if you can get him to call all in with his flush draw do it.

raise more on flop maybe just shipping it in on the flop. check raise would seem fishy if his stats weren't so bad

Yeah, as noted, I would say bet the flop bigger and the turn bigger. As it is, you're getting like 4-1 on a call, so you probably have to call here. It looks less like a value bet and more like a blocking bet now that the river has brought another club.

This.

Why you're not just shoving turn is a mystery. You have like $6?, and a $7 and change pot. Shove.

No, they don't. That's called selective memory, and is very bad for poker business.

Look at everything in a long-term perspective, and with averages.

Usually, your opponent will have a made hand or a draw, and rarely/never folds either on the turn. Just because you remember them folding the last few times or whatever doesn't mean it's not the best play.
