Pre, even on Bttn at 6-max i think this is a fold.

Flop i really like the raise.

Turn, we need to be flat calling his re-raise to 16BB. When we jam, it makes it super hard for v to call with anything less than a straight.

I like your line. This is what I learnt some time ago. If you have a straight+fd just go allin. You will get calls from straight but when you hit the flush you win bigger pot. Ofc sometimes you will see a bluff from villain when you just call, but on microstakes where people are more passive I think allin is just much better.

raising a flop bit bigger
I think the turn jam is too strong. specially vs fish who could be min donking anything. raise an amount he'd call or reraise you > ofcourse depends on the stack depth which you never add
