we are playing 3 handed at this table, villain has stats on 23 hands 48/22/0.8 AF and he has folded to cbet 0 out of 3 times so far, and he has folded to turn cbet 0 out of 3 times and folded to river bet 0 out of 1 so I am pretty sure he is calling down any pair and chasing anything.

do I bet this river? or maybe should I just fold the flop to his ugly min reraise? or do I call on flop and try to get to a cheap showdown?

Why would you 3bet flop?

Given the stats I would be worried about his reraise, and would not have re raised it. I would put him on the flush draw, qj, or kq. you are out of position with a poor kicker so keep the pot small, and try to make sure you show it down.

If that's really all you can put him on, you should definitely 3bet. You are ahead of draws.

Definitely not the only hands he has btw, calling the flop seems alright.

I would call to the river, don't think you are getting much worse calling you at any streets. Less likely a draw would raise flop unless it is like qsjs. Like pickpocket said I would want a cheap showdown
