How wide is BTN vs CO 3betting range? You can attack it without an issue

my 4bet range here would be TT+, some bluffs like AJs, AQs. Would add some SCs from time to time
TT would likely 4bet fold without good reads, JJ marginal & I'm getting in QQ+/AK most of the times > For me

Depends on what cards you put him on is he aggressive play a lot of hands?

If you think hes on flush draw a shove is what you want to do, to avoid that flush.

If you put him on the straight your still in a position to make a call and pray your hitting one of those straight outs.

A raise wouldn'd be a bad idea to see just how strong he is.
If he's fast to call he probably has that straight!

I'm betting that he bet that $3 to push you out!
