Why the raise on the flop, do you want to play a big pot with just one pair?

Would not love it but there are many hands villain can have that you beat, from a flush draw to just an over pair ofc he can also have a set or even a straight.

Yikes. I don't like this flop at all. Yeah, we have a big overpair, but this flop hits the ranges of the callers more than the raiser.

When he re-raises the flop, something isn't right. He probably has already made his hand (A5, 65, 22, 33, 44) and is trying to get value while pricing some stubborn draws out. I'm folding right there. When he leads he can have some combo draws/ semibluffs, but when he re-raises I highly doubt he has bluff combos.

Turn is a pretty easy fold. I don't think he is just going to jam Ax or a 4 here and you really only beat bluffs. He might have something like A4 but this line seems way to aggresive for that.

At this moment I think that you are just winning from bleffes, or maybe tie with some flush and straight draws, and loosing for combos like A5s, 56s, trips and nearly two pairs, then, the safe ply here is the fold, and obviously you need to considerate the range that you think your opponent is playing

I think this is a fold. The fact that he re-raises you on the flop is a real sign of strength.
I'd also be more inclined to call on the flop.

SB’s bad. We have to raise the donk bet, the boards soaking and allowing a donker to set the price for his draws would be bad. equity denial is important here. Plus donks are often weak. I’d consider gii on the flop if v has a donking history involving draws or overpairs to the flop.

I’m not sure we can fold vs a bad reg without reads. A lot of this is player dependent. We unblock fd’s though.
