For starters it helps to know the stack sizes. That said this is the reason why you 3-bet JJ in position. Villain's hand is undefined and with this wet flop she has many combinations. The good news is there aren't that many hands Hero is losing to.AA, KK, any queen (AQ, KQ, QQ, QJ). Hero also has 9 outs to a boat if Villain has a straight.

There is little reason to bet IMHO. Villain might call 2 pair hands, but is most likely to fold. IMHO, I check it down, calling a reasonable bet on the river.

You need to be more agressive in order to see whats your oponente has. You were in the BB at the pre-flop with a monster hand, 3-bet him. You can´t let he be the agressor while standing in the worst position man.
