Personally, I would fold the hand preflop out of position against this 3b.

Regardless, I have a thought about the opponent's river play. His bet size looks very much like a thin value bet. Especially when you consider his preflop 3b size against your 2.5 bb open. I think with his bluff-range he would bet a little bigger. However, since you are getting good pot odds and you have some missed draws in your river range, a call against a thinking opponent is not a big mistake.

Hey there,

Firstly, this is a standard defend, even against a large 3-bet like that.

I like your turn bet, and you maybe even can go to 2/3 here. The reason is that V has shown some weakness and that you also have many bluffs in this spot.

We can note that V can float with a few Ax that not picked up a gutshot here.

When the K rolls off I think this is a great spot to check and let V bluff. Sure, he has some AK, but he can also fire with AQ and AJs here. Your T9 unblocks all of those combos. From that perspective this is a better check call than JJ or QQ.

When he turns over his hand, you should note that he isn't likely to fold AK in many spots with a bad draw. I would expect decent opponents to at least have a spade/club in their AK combos if they floated the turn.

So take a note and move on! Nice hand.

P: loose open. Probably is solver approved but too loose for nl10.

As played (open), easy fold vs big MP 3bet. Again, probably is solver approved as a mix strategy, but too loose for nl10.

F: as played, fine.

T: as played, bet bigger to 75-100% pot.

R: bad river, only an Ace or Four are worse. Villain's bet sizing IP is also weird. Looks unbalanced towards value.

Easy fold.

Please don't post results.
