Winning Poker, Hold'em No Limit - $0.05/$0.10 - 6 players

UTG: $10.15 (102 bb)
MP: $11.45 (115 bb)
CO: $24.66 (247 bb)
BU (Hero): $14.64 (146 bb)
SB: $10.00 (100 bb)
BB: $12.00 (120 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BTN with Q K
UTG raises to $0.22, 2 players fold, Hero calls $0.22, 2 players fold

Flop: ($0.59) Q 6 J (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.29, UTG calls $0.29

Turn: ($1.17) 4 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.93, UTG calls $0.93

River: ($3.03) T (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.75, UTG calls $0.75

Villain Stats: 32/32 (30 hands)

Am I overplaying this hand? I was surprised to see that solvers check KQo here. I think this line is good against populations without a strong flop checking range from UTG, but 10z has players with stronger ranges in this spot so should I play this hand more defensively?

I would refer to prior hands with this player. If you don't have any hand history I would assume this player has a strong hand like AQ, AK or Broadway pairs. KQ seems like a more defensive hand but micro stakes can be unpredictable.

P: fine.

F: bet much bigger to 75-100% pot.

T: as played, fine.

R: easy check-back. Top pair isn't strong enough to go for 3 streets of value. We must exploit our position and avoid getting check/raised (especially by 32/32 types) or losing more with a check/call.
