Preflop: I think is a standard call in BU against SB.

Flop: He should have a wide hand range where he missed the flop. And with an OESD I think I have to play a bet here.
And raise I think I have to call as well since the pot odds are still just about right.

Turn: I think a fold should be ok here?

You can still call. You have a draw. Then if you miss, fold at the river. Or the SB cbet to you. You can jam for fold equity if sb calls you still have outs.
