I was talking to a dealer one day and they were telling me about how they were threatened to be fired if they came up short on the count... They happened to come up short and they were told by the pit boss to skim extra off the pot to make up the difference and because they refused to steal from the players they were threatened to dismissal. I also had another experience where we clearly won the bad bead of 50 grand as we had aces full of kings beaten... they said it didnt count so i called the gaming commission and they came down but they were pretty clueless and sided with the casino saying that the wording was ambiguous..

Obviously, trying to win money at the casino is a vain thing. Any casino is created to earn profit at the expense of its customers. Perhaps there are cases when someone wins a large amount of money, but it is a rarity.

Don't spend your money at places like that. And convince those you know to take the same action, and so on. Simply boycott the place.

Hello.
In my opinion, the casino is a very quick way to spend money. After I lost $ 70, I do not play more in the casino and I also do not advise you to play.

yes playing against the casinos to win is hardly lost. it's good for that I'm never bothered to learn to play blackjack.I think we have more chance to make a small profit to the roulette even if your probability of making a gain is 48% and the casino has a 4% advantage over you.

I don't think that the OP was talking about playing blackjack, as he referenced the bad beat. And of course you have a chance to win at blackjack or roulette due to variance, but in the long run you are guaranteed to lose (unless you're playing for an advantage at blackjack). That being said, I'm glad someone is helping to keep the lights on at the casino.

I also faced the fact that I obviously won but I was awarded that I didn’t win, but I obviously won, and then they called me for security, I asked for a video report and they told me that they wouldn’t show anything and kicked me out of the back door underground casino. Tell someone who had such cases in an underground casino?

Could you post what casino this was and where? Personally, anytime I knew I was cheated I made a point of having at least five government agencies receive notification of what took place, when and how. I always made a point of obtaining the business cards of the relevant management staff as contact points. And that was just to start.:fight:

If you are in the process of being cheated, just keep smiling, make a call or two and keep playing. Things usually get interesting within half an hour.

Finally, if you are playing in games and places where your personal safety is at risk, take preventative steps like paying insurance to some trusted people then go in and do your stuff.

My opinion is if you are willing to roll over then you deserve what you get..but if you don't ..and you may not always get compensated..you will be treated with more respect.;)

The Casino plays their wages through the license.

Not building casinos on money "losses"

Obviously, trying to win money at the casino is a vain thing. Any casino is created to earn profit at the expense of its customers. Perhaps there are cases when someone wins a large amount of money, but it is a rarity.
Agreed...The casinos aren't renovating rooms, increasing size and location, or staying open because they're "losing money". Perhaps people think those casinos make enough money on their "hotel rooms", small shop rental fees and restaurants to be able to have a decent profit margin?>>>PFFFFFTTTT!!!>>>>NOPE!>>>Indeed, there ARE winners at the casinos all of the time...even "big" winners, but think of how many "others" aren't winning a cent! Same formula goes for those "lottery" games. Peace and good luck at the tables.

Yes, the well established casinos "cheat" I just think they attempt to do so in subtle ways. Anytime a dealer argues with me, "are you sure you want to hit?" repeatedly, I know they are doing so with the Casinos' best interest in mind, not mine. I get pissed and tell them to just give me my card! I also find them often saying little things like, "it is a marathon, not a race" For note: Be careful of unfamiliar basement games. Also pay attention to the payouts at the table. Many, many time I have had to correct a dealer. Sometimes the dealers are tired or new but some times I think they are just trying to short me.

I get told all the time by dealers and players alike, "I am not playing my BJ hands correctly" But yet, there I am with a stack of greens as the other players walk away busted...;) The day they start paying my mortgage is the day I will start caring about everyone else hands and what the Casino dealers have to suggest. Sidenote: I have kept track of all my BlackJack sessions for many years, and I am honestly up.

The gaming commission not doing anything is bizarre; is there nowhere up farther up the chain you can run this? Maybe it's that it just came down to the dealer's word (who is probably worried for his job)

a pit boss telling the dealer to skim a lil extra off the pot.....well with all the eyes in the sky there would have to be a hand ful of employees involved in that. seems real fishy.
