Is possible to beat high rake?

Hello Guys, I have an underground game close to me with 5% rake and 15€ cap (insane rake) 0.50/0.50 blinds with stack sizes same with 1/2 and a terrible player pool. Also, there is a casino far away from my home with 5% rake and 12€ cap with 1/2 tables only. I don't know if it's possible to beat these games even if I play nitty and raise only with premium hands. I would like some opinions about this type of games
