In the area I play live games-Vancouver, BC canada, there are two poker rooms that have a continuous bad beat of $500,000. The qualification to win is lose with Pocket 8s or better. Needless to say this doesn't get won that often, however I was fortunate enough to get a table share of a bad beat almost that large. The bad beat pot was $380,000 and my table share was $12,900. This was in a 3/6 limit game. Wow, so I have kept a running total on my $$$ win loss since then and I am still up, not the full $12,000 but close. Are there any places out there with huge bad beats? and different qualifying hands?
