Hello.
I play only online. I do not have the opportunity to play live tournaments. In addition, I find that playing live is much more complicated.

I play both. Online seems a bit easier than live to me. Online players always seem to fish more than live players. I love the interaction more playing live.

My experience playing live is only in Home-Games with my friend *DRUNK*, mostly because i don't have a casino near me and i'm to lazy to travel. So i mostly play online witch i find more convenient because u can log-in hit a fast 2-4 hours sessions or you can play a long 10+ hours sessions. I'd say i prefer to play online.

I play mostly live but have started playing more online lately. I find player are much better online than live at least once you get out of the micros levels. So far I still prefer playing live.

I definitely prefer online over live poker but either will suffice. I prefer online poker because I can play in the luxury of my own home (so I can smoke).

I prefer online, because i can play whenever I have time. For Live-Poker you need more time and more patience. And Online you can play freerolls and you can build a bankroll without a deposit. Also you can play online micro-limits. Live-Poker you need more money.

Actually it is very difficult to play poker, because my 2. doughter was born in mai and so the time is very rare. I hope i can play more in some time.

Advantage of online is in what can be played in any convenient place at any convenient time. Behind the monitor nobody sees you, and your nerves will not give you if you involuntarily show emotions. Shortcomings are too. Probably, the main minus consists in lack of the drive which can be felt, sitting at the real table. Not to experience such feelings and emotions at a game on the Internet! Well and real-life communication — one more plus of offline.

I prefer to play live by far! It seems that I get unplayable hole cards (bottom 20%, or Sklansky Group 9) most of the time. It has been unreal! I am not a "Nit" either lol! I just get a lot of 7,2o, 8,3o, Q,2o! I have to keep my standards and not just play junk in order to play at all. When that happens (which is 99% of the time), I just sign off and come back later. It seems that the computer play can not come close to the way that cards would be dealt out naturally. I do still like online play anyway, because it is way more convenient than driving to the casino! I think that it depends on the online cardroom's program as to how close to natural that the cards fall. Anyway...this is just my experience so far! Maybe I am just on the wrong side of variance right now lol!

I really like both. Live, I only play tournaments, no ring games. Of course it's much easier to got to my computer then a Casino!

I prefer to play online poker. Playing on the Internet, I feel more comfortable. I'd like to play live poker in a casino or poker clubs to gain experience.

I'm just starting to play online now and have been playing live for 20 years. I love playing live and think I will enjoy online too once I get a better setup. I seem to get "bored" much faster playing online.

I enjoy both, but I'm definitely more of a live player.

Online has it's pros over live, like more tournaments available, smaller buy ins, and more hands per hour.. But to me, nothing beats the feel of the cards and chips in your hand.

Personally, I love live casino for poker.
But it’s hard to find a place, only Las Vegas. I’m from Topeka, KS. Lol
My house and casino, it’s prob 25 mins but poker room is bad, it’s stud or Omaha. 1 or 2 tournament for the week by NL. (It’s 45-70 people)

I play online when I need to play for money. When I just want to have fun, however, I play live poker with my friends.

I prefer live poker. Aside from being more fun, being able to converse better with opponents, I can guess easier bluffs by their bodily expression.

I like both forms of poker. I also have a lot of fun playing both forms of poker.
