What Do You Think About Spin and go max?

I did the mistake and played that spin I admit it its more attractive than the other .But yeap its more gambling than poker.What do you think?

In my opinion, these games are more like casinos, where your skill level does not matter. I have little experience, I play poker for only 6 months, so I prefer regular tournaments.

Imo it could be in casino not poker...

I for one love the party poker's version , has a slower structure and you wont be all in after 3-4 hands , if you haven't tried the PP version yet , give it a try you will love it.

is very attractive, I particularly always play, I think the game is very interesting and cool, it's a shame that the variance is very great, but to get great results.

spin and go needs to know the late phase.Much more intense than traditional SNGs due to the small stack. Very soon we get all-in, so to be recognized in the push-fold tables very well.
I agree, the luck factor is very high.

I sometimes play Spin-and-go, but such tournaments take place very quickly and the skill does not help much for the game because many players play all-in and in such tournaments there are more chances for luck, I don’t really like such tournaments, but sometimes I I play them when I have not much time to play!

I believe that in these tournaments a great role is played by luck, not skills. Therefore, based on this, everyone has to decide for themselves whether to play these tournaments or not. Personally, I sometimes play typical spin and go.

In my opinion, this is a quick and convenient way to spend money.
I like the Big tournaments on pokerstars.
This is my favorite format. And I also enjoy bounty tournaments.

I like it a lot, it's much more dynamic, you do not get so bored waiting for long hands until you get good cards, but you also have to be very careful all the time.

Rip off imo

I think they are a rip off generally speaking. You can sit there for hours and not hit any big money prizes, then if you do , you still have to select it out of 3. i was doing well on them..winning like every 3rd or 4th one. Not much to show for it as even sometimes the top prize barely even equal the total buy ins. Example..4 person spin and go max. 4 total dollars. Prizes that could be won $2, $2, and 6. Thats just not right.:secruity:

I tried the regular spin and go and lost almost every time , I am not good enough to play at this level . 3max on hyper turbo format are deep unknown waters for me , spin and go max I haven't tried and I don't think I will , not at the near future at least

another format introduced by online pokersites to attract recreational gamblers. I don't like them because I feel they pull these same recs. away from entering more of the other more standard-type of poker games. But one needs to adapt to the environment they play in... pretty sure these are +ev for a number of regs. who play in them (albeit much smaller margins but obviously volume would be key)
Similiar to when they introduced 'hypers' imo... but with even smaller margins & even more attractive to the recreational gambling donk (I think I'll go give a few a try right now)

I love, is fast, but very dangerous to quickly lose all its banqueroll

I think its a very specialized game, and I dont think you should play them if you are not studying the format. The low sustainable rois lead to a huge amount of variance.

I personally consider spins more of a gambling than normal poker game. That's why i don't like them. I prefer much more SNGs and MTTs.
