Security in online poker

reading a party poker article and its battle against the bot this question arises ... we really have security when playing online poker behind this, the rooms are blameless?

That the rooms are 100% safe, none of the poker sites know. They can only claim that the rooms are safe. If something to you at the cash table seemed suspicious, you just sit down at another table.
