Anyone with updates in regards to online poker in NY?

I know of ACR, but what about pokerstars?

Any progress on the legislation end or nothing to hope for?

i don t know really about the best us poker sites , i heard pokerstars only works in NJ , also heard that it started working in a certain state , i m not sure which one .
