Late Reg Longer Than Advertised

Hi friends,

I was playing a MTT at Black Chips Poker yesterday, 10 min blinds, late reg available for 12 levels, so 2 hrs of late reg. I had the tourney info window open to keep an eye on my ranking and the average stack size and noticed that new players were joining after the 2hr cut off. This appeared to continue for about 15 - 20 mins after the 2 hr cut off time.

Has anyone else noticed this on BCP/ACR and is there a logical explanation that I'm missing?

It said 12 levels not 2 hours.
breaks could add 15mins to the time.
so it probably was open just to the end of 12 levels.
