Ask question about monitor playing poker

I just want to ask
what is the standard to select monitor for poker games?

Big size
true color
high refresh frequency?
etc.

I want to know if I can get ideas about the good and bad about 144hz, Curve monitor?
I using my 60hz curve for years, now even I occasionally switch back to flat monitor, I still feel the flat monitor is curve?

anyway, any ideas about a monitor for staring long hours , good for eyes are good.

Playing poker takes an average of several hours a day, so obviously it is important to have a modern monitor. And I think the diagonal should be at least 24 inches.
