Americas cardroom is the worst

Americas cardroom is the worst poker site .They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life and thats bot limited to poker sites. I made a mg deposit via moneygram at 1pm sunday the 25th . At 5pm that day i contacted live chat and after being on there for an hour and them asking me to send them a copy of the receipt (which i did) they told me they contacted the processor and the funds wohld be in the acct in 20 minutes .After an hour i contacted them back and asked to speak to a manager .Tbey told me they refuse to escalate tbe issue since it could take 8 business hours to go through .I then waited the 8 business hours .We are now in the next day the 26th still no funds. They proceeded to tell me that it could be a week for my funds to go in because its easter week and they are very religious in that area. I then repeatedly asked to speak to a manager which tbey refused to do. So now we are in the 27th and i called to speak to a manager wgich they refused to do .Apparently i made a deposit ok the 23rd for 350 which they credited to my account without receiving the money (which was a nice accomodation) i had no idea the money was never picked up .So the agent i was speaking to on the 27th said that they cannot pick up the money for 390 until i cancel the deposit that they xouldnt pick up for 350. They said the woulx reimburse me the xancellation fees. So i cancel the 350 and within 15 minutes the transaction for 390 was picked up. I then called and f8nally got a manager and asked him to reimburse me the fee .After 30 minutes going back and forth he told me that they would bot return the fees and did not care if i ever played again .This is bot about the 20.00 that it cost me. Its about the level of service that this sites gives. They can do whatever they want and they will continue to do so. The managers name was gabrielle the agents names were steve and mandy. Once poker is legalizex in the US tbey will be losing alot of business. I will never make another deposit there again . Be warned

Yea I deposited with them via WU and MG and they always credited me the amount. DON'T THROW OUT THOSE RECEIPTS. One time I had a bad CSR forget to pickup my $150 deposit and apparently I got them fired. In short you need to speak diplomatically and this site does not care to bend over backwards for min. deposits using a tedious system of callers,runners and shadow men to do WU and MG transfers. As soon as pokerstars comes to U.S I probably will deposit there.

Tbey gave me the info i needed to cancel it .But tgey said tbey would reimburse fees and tgey once i cancelled and they got their money they wouldnt ceedit them .Cant wait for us to legalize and regulate it and they will at some point. Once they do ACR will feel it . Although it was only a 390 deposit i have deposited over 10k since i plat sports as well .They ar actually doing me a favor .I was gonna redepositvut adter tge concersation with the manager gabrielle i would be out of my mind to do so

I won 50 cent on Americascardroom. And then I started playing in limit cash game I made 3 dollars I did not try to get out this money I just wanted to continue to play but they said I should send them driver licence or something like that. I didn't do that.When I trying to enter to my account it is showing "your account suspended".I will not send my document copy because off 3 dollars.I am not recommend you to play in this poker room.

Yea they are really bad I better play right now at 888poker,PokerStars and that is all what I play and I am happy.

I didn't ask about it and I didn't try to get out money. Just let me play and when I will try to get money, which I won then do the procedure, not before this.

There is a thread above where you made this thread that has a Rep. from ACR. Converse with them and maybe they can help.

I like ACR. O never really had any problems like that. I've made many deposits, & I've cashed out a few times, but I've been playing there for a few years.

Thats standard procedure? Sounds like misleading to me . Telling me tbey will credit my xancellation fees and then dont. I said they had the worst customer service . i actually liked playing on that site

Americas Cardroom

My experience with America's Cardroom was awful. I didn't see a point in creating a new thread, but I wanted to let other players know to not trust those paid for sites that offer "legit gambling reviews" and then bolstered the reputation of cardrooms that are paying them to do so.

Americas Cardroom is one of those rooms. They do not live up to their hype, not even close. First, their site has already had to issue refunds for bots being in use and cheating being openly exposed. ACR leadership tried ignoring and hiding it at first, but eventually, they started to issue the refunds.

Bad beats happen in poker. They don't happen though nearly as often anywhere else than on ACR, which prompted me to believe they have bots in use to help them reclaim funds for their exceedingly large guarantees. It got to the point that I expected to lose when I had the best hand. I just sat 12 hours at the Parxx Big Staxx tourney. In 12 hours of live play, I saw the same amount of bad beats that I see occur on ACR in under 1 hour. Unreal how often you will get sucked out on.

Customer service- horrible. They openly brag about not caring about your opinion, they don't take constructive feedback well at all, and good luck getting in in touch with a supervisor- you'll have a better chance of your AA not getting cracked by AK, AQ, QQ, JJ, 99, 10-7 offsuit, 10-4 suited, KK, 22, 33, 22 again, and J5 suited...lol Like what the ****? How do I lose 12 hands with AA and only win with them 4 times? I kept track of how awful the beats got.

Anyway, if you are reading this Americas Cardroom, I will NEVER give you a single penny again. Your company is inferior to the likes of Bovada. They at least employ their own customer service team, don't off fake shady matching deals where you have to play for hundreds of hours to even get your matching deposit bonus (yeah, they ****ing fail to mention this BS and instead bury it in the very, very small and fine print. Not surprising given how shady they are) and I cannot wait to see capitalism swallow your inferior site whole someday. Thankfully in the age of the USA legalizing online poker, that day is rapidly approaching. I'll make sure my Congressional office looks into your company personally, just to be another thorn in your side as you bleed out.and become marginalized.

One time while trying to deposit on ACR my card got declined, saying it was already linked to another account, due to me switching over from BCP. (out of pure curiosity of if there was a difference in the client/software)
So I contact customer support and explain everything and they helped me out to switch the card over to my ACR account, and afterwards told me that I was good to go. What they didn't tell me was that they had completed a deposit on my behalf. So after I make what I thought was my initial deposit, I realize that there were 2 identical deposits whereas I only intended one. So I contact customer support yet again and explain to them that I was not aware that when they were helping me to resolve the issue that they were going to make a deposit for me and, because of that, ended up depositing twice as much as I had wanted.
They were not rude but also not apologetic in the least, and I kind of got the vibe that somehow I was inconveniencing them. I never understood why they would be making deposits without explicitly telling me or asking my approval nor why they would act as if it's a bother for them to fix the issue when they shouldn't be doing that in the first place; regardless of whether or not they were trying to help me. It's my bank account and I should have explicit knowledge of any transfers being attempted.
So after getting a stupidvisor to approve the refund, they tell me that in order to get refunded: I can never use this method of deposit again, and must resort to cryptocurrency from here on out.
They were insistent on that condition, regardless of the fact that they were more than partially responsible for the issue. So I told them that'd be okay, and I'd just never deposit again. (I don't use cryptocurrency)
Bottom line: Some of their customer service agents are helpful, but the overall protocol of how they deal with things is just disrespectful. Customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have simple things taken care of for them. But they don't seem to mind losing customers anyways...

I don't know , I didn't played that much to contact their support and see if their good or not , I needed assistance on party poker and was pleasantly surprised to actually
talk to a real person on live chat and have my issue sorted then and there .
On the other hand ACR's lobby its horrible to me , why open a new window every time you try to get to register a new game? and the font size its so small I strugle to read anything there, and the fact that Norton flags it every time I run their client
I won't give up Norton as he kept me save for 11 years.

That's the problem of playing in unregulated rooms basically. Not only that, but it has a very high reputation for cheats and bots.

I honestly think this post is ridiculous. I have been playing at ACR for a few years and customer support has always went above and beyond to help when I have had issues. I have deposited via prepaid and mg and I have never waited more than 30 minutes for the money to be in my account. They have requested documents and I have sent them because to me that is not a big deal. In the few times I have requested to speak with a manager they had no problem connecting me to one. I like the site but this is just my experience. I am sorry you are having issues.

Poker Games with Long Late Registration Time

I am terribly annoyed at the long length of late registrations on the Americas Card Room Poker Site including the never ending re-entries. If you register before the game starts it is a marathon to get to the end with poker being such a volatile game. I have found to register late gives me a little bit of a chance to get to the end but then you also have the forever re-entry option to deal with. I usually play on a new site on a trial basis just to see how the site is run as well as the games. I am really glad I have not used my hard earned money on this site.

I do like to play in the CardsChat freerolls since the late registration is very short.

I have great fun on ACR. Highly rate the site.
If you have no skill, you will never fund a site that suits you.

I totally agree, it's the worst poker room.
- worst interface with few options.
- poker table designs are terrible, ugly! It's boring to keep ACR tables open. Color schemes and overall feelings I'm getting from the table are depressing. I'm a designer and I can say that the person who designed lobby and tables for ACR did awful job.
- 2 separate lobby windows for cash and tourneys??? What the frog?
- opens up with x20 script error messages
ACR needs serious improvements, or they will lose players.

I believe that most of the players can forgive other things, but not that depressing feeling we're getting from playing at ACR, they must redesign everything and pay well to a designer who knows few things about the psychology and color combinations. Most of the players are happy to lose their money on a friendly looking poker sites, but in case of ACR... most of the player aren't even happy to win their money there. That's the biggest problem of this room.

I do not agree with you. I have an account on ACR.
I have never encountered any problems. On the contrary, I think this is one of the best poker sites. Sometimes they have technical problems, but I do not think it is critical.

Wow I never could imagine that this poker room could have such a bad reviews.

They have always been I have never had no problems with them.

I play on ACR and don't have complaints. I haven't deposited (just played freerolls) and haven't withdrawn, but I got my account validated (or whatever they call it) by sending in a drivers license. That was easy enough. I'll cross my fingers and see what happens. Hopefully at some point I'll make a withdrawal and I'll be able to say I'm a big fan.
