NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 31, 2013, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada (the “Court”) conditionally approved the joint disclosure statement (the “Disclosure Statement”) with respect to the Joint Plan of Reorganization, dated January 25, 2013 (the “Plan”), for Zen Entertainment, Inc. and Zen Entertainment Network, LLC (the “Debtors”).
