The televised aspect of it was amazing, as well as the web casts of every hand. The waiting months for it to happen was a joke.
All it did was allow the final 9, to make endorsement deals (most of that is gone now since FTP and PS don't do US players) do interviews and get some coaching.
They should delay the final table a week so they can setup all the TV shows, edit the last of the ESPN broadcasts and give the players a 'short' rest before the final table.
It's now October 9, so as to not interfere with the U.S, election and I like the wait.
November 9 was stupid. The waiting just kill the anticipation. A week delay would've been best.
So from then on after this year, the main event will conclude during the summer? I'm just a bit confused.Apparently it's staying for at least one more year, but it won't be the November Nine because this year the final table will be played in October:
