Will Chris Ferguson overtake Phil Hellmuth as the WSOP record holder for cashes?

Chris Ferguson, who won Player of the Year in 2017, has 120 cashes, second-most all-time. Hellmuth leads the way with 133. Whether you like it or not, Ferguson is on pace to become the wsop cashes record holder by the end of the 2019 series.

Not sure of the significance of this particular record, but it's certainly conceivable. More important question would be; " If Chris accomplishes this, is Jaymfc going to buy all of us here at CC a beer to celebrate?" I personally think that would be entirely appropriate.

They are unbelievable great. Phil and Jesus are amazing. But Phil is absolutely funny because he is ballistic for bad beat or other person is crappy cards and calls him. I hope Jesus will beat Phil! hard to say tho

my CC Chris Ferguson/jaymfc fans can be counted on your fingers
CC has declined any affiliation with Chris Ferguson/ jaymfc including wearing
a CC patch during the WSOP. so no beers for CCers

I have written telling him to stop copying my look but he pays no attention
he is cleaning up nicely so maybe in the future

there is nothing that a man does that another does not undo ... the records, I believe that serves us as a model and to be broken .... a sentence that I liked as soon as I saw was: breaking paradigms .... GoooooOOOOO Ferguson .. ...

I believe Ferguson will win he is the best.

Three of my favorites; Chris, Phil and Daniel.
Read their books, Studied their games. Studied their thinking. The fascinating thing about Chris is his math genius is so way out there. I wonder if he is planning to continue his professorship and play Poker. This is a great story if you follow Chris.

Thanks for the info, that would actually be a very good idea to read some of their books to go into a mind of a Pro.

Probably lots of good info in their books that would help my game and help the way I think about it as well.
