This is a good thing. People should not be able to gamble with money they don't have. Credit card deposits is an easy way to get in serious debt. Should have been done a long time ago.
That said I think people will still find a way. Bank loans for instance. Or worse loan sharks.

Came to this thread finding out about this ban. I play in Coral poker and they told me recently they don't accept NetellerSkrill anymore. This means for me a lot of trouble because I don't have a bank account in GB.
I wonder if they could have manage this problem setting limits on the number/amount of deposits. It is so easy to ban and prohibit. The difficulty comes when you have to make things better without taking away people's liberties.
I play for fun, small amounts, and this prevents me from keep playing at Coral. What's the point of playing with real money (even small amounts) if I cannot withdraw?
