Looks like players at the former Tusk operated poker and casino sites have been refunded a part of their bankrolls, roughly 16%.

Tusk, then part of the Microgaming network, collapsed in 2008. Taking down two dozend of poker skins and half a dozend of casinos with it. So the liquidation process took nearly 6 years to be completed, and the percentage of money the players will get back is not that high.

I wonder if that will be the model for full tilt poker. Any one else submit the paper work to get their refund? How long do you think it will take?
