Tribal Casinos to Reopen?

In California, the Viejas Casino & Resort is scheduled to open its doors next Monday, the Sycuan Casino Resort is set to open on May 20 and Valley View Casino will begin welcoming customers beginning May 22, according to messages posted on their websites.

Gov. Gavin Newsom appealed to a group of Native American tribes to reconsider their decisions to reopen their casinos.

As noted in the post, yes. Sycuan Casino Resort, Valley View Casino & Hotel, and Viejas Casino and Resort are all in the San Diego area. They have now been joined by Jamul Casino, also in San Diego County.
